INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

International shipping rates, including taxes are calculated automatically at check out. Applicable duty charges are not included at checkout and Ozbourne is not responsible for any international duty charges.

SHIPPING POLICIES

We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges

If an item is not working for you, please feel free to initiate a return or exchange. We accept unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with tags still attached, as long as the return is requested within 2 weeks of delivery. Strong odours (such as cigarette smoke) will be considered as damage.

When you get your return label, please ship the item back within a week to ensure your refund or exchange. Your return should be shipped back to us within 21 days of you receiving it!

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we determine it is not in the condition it was sent to the customer in.

Gift cards are final sale, but have no expiration date and can be used on any item.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted depending on availability. Please email shopozbourne@gmail.com as soon as possible if you would like to exchange an item. All exchanged items must have not been warn and have tags still attached in order to be exchanged. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 days for your exchange to be processed once we have received it.
